Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the FastInfra website, developer console, inference API and compute products. By creating an account or sending API traffic you agree to pay for metered usage from prepaid credits, comply with the acceptable-use rules, and accept that upstream model providers may impose additional policies on specific models. The sections below cover accounts, billing and refunds, service availability, data processing and the limits of our liability.
Agreement
By using the FastInfra website, console or API you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and billing
Usage of the API and infrastructure products is metered and deducted from prepaid credits unless a separate enterprise agreement provides invoicing. You are responsible for activity under your API keys. Prepaid credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or stated in a signed enterprise order. Unused credits do not expire while your account remains in good standing unless we publish a change with reasonable notice.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud, abuse or risk to the platform. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability) continue to apply.
Acceptable use
You may not use FastInfra to violate law, infringe rights, attack third parties or circumvent upstream provider policies. We may suspend accounts that threaten platform stability or other customers.
Availability
Measured uptime is published on Status. Enterprise SLAs, when contracted, are described on the SLA page.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. FastInfra is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to FastInfra in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in England have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. Material changes affecting billing or acceptable use will be communicated by email or console notice where practicable.
Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
